Johnson Associates have been appointed Project Manager on the Gallions Quarter Regeneration scheme at the Royal Docks, Newham. The scheme comprises 700 residential units plus commercial space and public realm and is due to be submitted for Planning in October 2013. Johnson Associates are representing the 3 partners Notting Hill Housing Trust, United House and Galliford Try Partnerships and are working closely with the GLA and London Borough of Newham in successfully delivering this major regeneration project.
We are currently tendering a 124 residential unit scheme in Chiswick on a design and build basis for a major national house builder with tenders to be returned in March 2013. The scheme is to incorporate a complex facade system and major renewables.
